  • For private training sessions, rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Missed or canceled sessions without notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • Online courses, webinars, and digital downloads are considered consumed once access is granted and therefore are non-refundable.

We enforce this policy to respect the time and preparation invested in each client and training plan.

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking or participating in any service, you agree to:
